No VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz) has been issued. There is no entry in a commercial register, and the activity is not a regulated profession within the meaning of § 5 (1) no. 5 DDG.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced here.
